Abstrakt

The article describes the stages of sensory development in prenatal life. The author pointed  out the need for their stimulation, which affects the later functioning of the child after birth. The sensory systems that enable receiving and processing stimuli coming from the external environment have been characterized. The text also deals with the issue of violence against the prenatal child.
